Mr. Fu Yu Chen is the managing director of Maxonic. He is responsible for the overall strategic planning and market development of the company. Prior to the establishment of the company, Mr. Fu worked for Sichuan Instrument. In 1994, Mr. Fu co-founded Maxonic; and thereafter Mr. Fu has acquired extensive experience in customer relationship and corporate management. He has over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning and corporate management in the industrial automation control business. Mr. Simon Chung Yee Tai is the director of the company and the director of the Hong Kong - Germany joint venture company PS Maxonic HK Ltd. Mr. Chung graduated from the Electronic Engineering department of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is responsible for all business development and international relations of Maxonic. Prior to his co-founding the company with Mr Fu, Mr. Chung was the managing director of the China department, Shenzhen office of HK Ryosan Ltd. He is a veteran in the industry with over 20 years of executive experience. Mr. Wang Hong is the assistant manager of the company, he attended school of automation engineering followed by a 1-year management training at Tsinghua University. He is in charge of internal operation, production and marketing. He has been working in the field of automation for over 20 years, during which he participated in product develop, production and administrative organization. He is conversant with workflow organization and supply chain management within mainland China. Mr. Fu Xiao Yang is the assistant manager of the company. He is in charge of sales marketing. Fu is a bachelor degree holder and graduated from the measurement and control technology & instruments department at the University of Electronic Science & Technology of China. He has been working in the automation industry for over 15 years, and is an expert in gauging and developing market demand in the PRC. He has great experience in sales and marketing, scheming and execution. Mr. Meng Xiang Li is the chief officer in charge of sales and marketing. Graduated from the electrical engineering & automation department of Journal of Wuhan University with a bachelors degree. He has been working in the automation industry for over 15 years, and is capable of piercing the demand of the market. He got 15 years of experience of sales and marketing. Zheng Wei Qiang is the chief engineer in charge of product design & development. He graduated from the computer department of Southeast University and the Chinese Academy of Space Technology. He has been working in the automation development and organization sector for over 25 years. He has strong international exposure with sound communication skills since he is been an engineer at the space control centre of Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) for 2 years and at the royal plastics group for 1 year. Qiu Yu Hua is the Financial manager in charge of finance and accounting. Qiu gradated from the department of financial & accounting affairs at the University of Finance. She has worked at China largest automation instrument enterprise, Sichuan Instrument Factory for over 25 years. She is conversant with accounting & capital administration and principles under the law of tariff in mainland China.
